I have read the article you linked. However, I do not have the option in my admin control panel to remove the domain. To be honest, I find all of this confusing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

"If the domain was purchased or renewed by credits: In this case, the removal process is direct. The admin can himself remove the domain name through the domain management of his Admin Panel, by clicking on the remove button. It can take between 48 and 72 hours after the validation of the removal. Until its validation, the admin can cancel his removal request just with one click on the button "cancel the removal".

For transferring the domain name, you need to PM Leeloo with the details & she will provide you with a domain name transfer code which you can use on your domain registrar, wherever you are transferring.
