Can admins read private messages of all users?

Just curious, is it possible, as an admin of a board, to be able to look at registered members PMs?

Say you can see they have X amount of private messages, can you look at them?

No, that's against the "rules". It's like you know their password

No forumotion has said no one can read them unless they send you it.

Private messages are just that - private. The only time someone else can read them is if you show them to a member.
