Members rigths cause appearance bug

Hi!

I have a member rights and topic appearance problem.
We don't want to let to our members in some topics to open a new topic, just read and write messages. If I turn off the "open a topic" rights, the appearence of this topic is weird. We have to scroll down a lot to the end of the page to see the messages. (See the pictures: Bad1, Bad2, Bad3, Rigths ).
For admins (who can open topics) and for guests (who can't open topics) the appearence of this topic is normal (see: Good)
How can we solve that?

I have a few questions in order better understand your issue:

Is this happening only to a specific member/user or multiple members/users?

Is it happening just for regular members who are signed in (I know you mentioned it seems fine for admins and guests)? When I check your forum as a guest I don't see the problem either.

Do you know if the users having the problem are using a specific browser and if so do you know which one?

If it just a single user having the issue may you please ask them to clear their browser cache and/or check if they have the problem on a different browser?

Also have you modified any of the forum templates and/or have any javascripts enabled on the forum?

Yes, all members who are signed in.

I have a regular member account too, and I tried it in Firefox and in Chrome too, I can see in both browser the problem.

There are some, but we didn't change them a year ago
If I switch back the rigths of the "open a topic", everything in that topic is displayed correctly again. If I turn it off, it's bad again.

I replaced it and it's almost good

For guests everything is perfect.
For members the messages moved back to the right place (thanks!), but where they can open a new topic, the messages are too wide. (Members)
For admins every messages and profile-informations are too wide. (admins1, admins2)

@Netty 88 Could you provide me some example URL to check that?
And if that is only visible as members, can you provide me a test account? (You can send the login info via Private Message)

Give a try with this
Sadly your template is really bad made, it is full on unclosed or unopened HTML tags, and once the browser compiles the page, it "tries" to fix it, but not always with the best result. On older browser the page may have even worse "bugs"

I replaced it.
For members where they not allowed to open a topic is good (https://dominium.hungarianforum.com/t783-ket-oldal-talalkozasa#top). Where they can, there is still bad. (https://dominium.hungarianforum.com/t77-avatarfoglalo)
For admins both are still bad

I see, thanks! If there will be no solution, I will restore the rights and then we will ask the members not to open topics there

@Netty 88 the problem is that your template is extremely messy
You should carefully check it for unclosed/unopened tags, as well as for the correct structure of everything

I am afraid that that is the only solution
You need to recheck carefully the template to fix all the errors

Not I was, who created the template, somebody helped us create the site. I'll try to review it.
