Newsletters

Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place, but I have a question regarding Newsletters - I have the Premium Package and this is what it says in the admin panel...so are the 8 Newsletters in addition to the 'Popular Contents Newsletters'?

Actually I fibbed because now I have another question - what is the 'possibility to send 30 push notifications' - does that relate to the Newsletters?

I renewed the forum package last September but only 1 Newsletter has gone out since. I thought they went out monthly.

Both the newsletter and push notifications are "restored" on a 30 days period of time, not monthly.

Maybe this can help understanding:

1st january - 8 newsletters available / 0 sent
8th january - 7 newsletters available / 1 sent => it will be available again on the 8th february
21st january - 6 newsletters available / 2 sent => it will be available again on the 21st february
1st february - 6 newsletters available / 2 sent
8th february - 7 newsletters available / 1 sent => the 8th january one is back available
21st febryart - 8 newsletters available / 0 sent => the 21st january one is back available

Thank you...but are the 8 Newsletters in addition to the 'Popular Contents Newsletters'? Or does it mean I can only send 8 popular contents newsletters per year? If it's the latter, then it would explain why they don't go out every month.

That was one of the reasons I upgraded to Premium.

In the resource shared by Razor (https://help.forumotion.com/t155624-newsletter-popular-content) you can read:

The "Popular contents" newsletters sent do not appear in the archives of newsletters sent in the "Tracking and archives" tab, and are not counted in the quota of newsletters sent
