Doesn't exist...

Okay. I just created a new forum but it says that my forum doesn't exist. How can I get on my forum if I get an error message telling me that it doesn't exist?

I did receive the activation key and I also have the e-mail showing that my forum was activated.

Can you manage the forum through the founder's tools?
And provide a link to the forum you created (should be listed in the email).

Please can you give us the URL of the forum you are talking about ?
Also can we have a screen shot of the problem your facing?

Hi i have just looked on our tools and see you have made 13 forums over the time and deleted them all.



I really don't understand why you have made all them forums using the same Email address.
My guess is that our system has stopped you making more forums under that Email address.

My advice is to restore a old deleted forum and then rename it and change the URL

I thought the old one was deleted....

How can I rename the old one then?
