Usergroups and skin upload

When I make skin, and maybe create groups, I can add images but if somebody is installing the skin, they will not get that?

Second question is about skin upload. I tried to upload this one:

The skin / theme is all installed as it is on your forum you take it from now if you made a changes to the templates the system will not take them templates it only takes basic data and CSS files everything else like javascripts and HTML pages and Templates are not save our side.

As for the part where it says the skin is like others well this is right you need to make a big change to save your skin it must be different for the system to say its safe to upload.

There has to be major changes to the theme/skin for it to be uploaded.

Hmmm, major. When I look other awesomeBB skins they are all alike, just color changed.
That's why I am confused.
